Quantum3D Obsidian 50 SB (ES)
The earliest known 3DFx graphics - engineering sample. FBI/TMU chips are the first revision which were produced in early 96yr. Comparing to a regular Obsidian the card is a bit longer.
Connectors for daughterboard green Amethyst are present, although hard to find good quality photo of it.

On the pcb we can notice silkscreen for mounting SOJ RAM sockets. 3DFx chips USA production (instead Taiwan). Uncommonly SLI connector is present.

It looks like early TMU revision is glitched.
